Norma Farnes, (31 December 1934–8 February 2019), was best known for being the personal assistant and manager to Spike Milligan and manager to Eric Sykes.

Norma was born in Thornaby, North Yorkshire to Bill and Amy Farnes. Her father worked for ICI and her mother was a department store shop assistant.[1]
